The apartment is located in the second floor of a 19th century building. The whole building consists of 3 more apartments. Everyone has its own entrance from the main stairway. Guests get two keys one for the main entrance and one for the apartment door.
The manager of the house will meet the visitors upon arrival, to welcome them, show them around the house and hand them the keys. The manager will be reachable at any time on his cell phone for any questions / tips / advice / help the visitors might need.
Located by the beach in the center of the old town of Rethymno is only 300m away from the old Venetian Port and 450m from the city marina. Restaurants, bars, café, nightclubs and the city market are within walking distance.
Bus station for city transportation and travelling around the island is 300m away. Taxi station is 150m away and there are two parking areas, one next to the city's old Venetian Port (550 meters away) and one on the city's marina (450 meters away). Fees applied.
From April to October, the old town of Rethymno is pedestrianized and the entrance is open to cars only from 6am to 11am while the promenade street is closed for cars from 8pm till 01.00 am.
